Care that comes home to the peninsula.
Skilled home health to help you recover, and hospice care to keep you comfortable at the end of life. Both come from a local team that drives the same roads you do.

Why choose us
We treat our patients like family.
Care here is personal. Our nurses and therapists know these towns, these winters and often these families. We give care that is based on evidence, covers the whole person and fits each patient’s needs.
Distance is never a reason for less care. We plan visits around road conditions, daylight and weather, so a cabin at the end of a gravel road gets the same standard of care as a house in town.
Our motto
See a need, fill a need.
Our company started in a basement, between other jobs, to give better care to family, friends, former teachers and neighbors. When the community needed skilled care at home, we opened home health. When families told us they needed support at the end of life, we opened hospice.
